It’s been a while folks since we had a Cuban Fever night with Yamil folks, so here it is …..
Latin Quarter Cuban Fever latin party
Friday 13th October 7pm – 12 pm at the Blackwatch Club
20 Arthurstone Terrace, Dundee DD4 6RS.
Come and feel the spirit of Cuba with Yamil Cuedo Ferrera, former Cuban dancer from Ballet Folklorico Cutumba dance company, Santiago de Cuba. Social dancing starts at 8.30pm with a fun Cuban line up. The night will have a Cuban feel but we’ll be playing a mix of music (cross body and Cuban salsa, bachata with a few Son/Kizomba etc).
Dance workshops with Yamil on the 13th 7pm – Improvers/Intermediate Cuban partnerwork ( Cuban salsa dance experience required)7.45pm – Cuban Son – Suitable for those with Cuban dance experience or Cross body salsa experience. Classes not suitable for total beginners to salsa.
7pm – Cuban partner work class- £7
7.45pm -Cuban Son – £7
8.30pm – Social – £7 ( £5, students with card).
Combo pass – 1 class & eve social £12, 2 classes & eve social – £17
